24 Mar Press Statement – Kongamano La Mapinduzi Statement 72-Hour Ultimatum to the Dutch Royal Family, the Dutch Embassy in Kenya, and the EU in Kenya.
24th February 2025, 10AM EAT
This ultimatum is issued to pressure the Dutch Royal family to cancel their planned visit to Kenya within the next 72 hours in light of recent abductions, killings, and other human rights violations by the William Ruto regime which the Dutch today seek to sanitise. Planned for the 18-20 March 2025, this visit is a declaration of war on the Kenyan people by bureaucrats of the Dutch government and the European Union. GenZ, with the strategic support of Kongamano La Mapinduzi, have prepared themselves to respond. KLM is a non-violent socio-political movement, and we possess the ability to launch a strategic online and offline campaign that will roll back recent Dutch foreign policy gains. We are not our fathers, we zullen je kapot maken!
Kongamano La Mapinduzi (KLM) condemns in the strongest Swahili possible, the human rights safari tourist and NGO bureaucrat careerist Wim Geerts, for his performative and pretentious tour of Kenya to assess the human rights conditions in Kenya – and whether the royal family should visit Kenya. Listen, black people are not monkeys, we are intelligent beings with feelings. KLM CC members are Bonafide grassroots human rights defenders still mourning the brutal killing of our martyrs and kin by the murderous regime of dictator William Ruto. The natives are restless Wim, Mr. Kenya is safe for the Dutch royal visit.
Please tell the entire international community, with the powers and bribes bestowed upon you by the Dutch Royal Family, that the Ruto murderous regime has not abducted, tortured and killed our children. Tell the world, we are waiting, we want to witness a so-called international human rights activist lie. Shame on you Wim. You can’t kill for Ruto and be a human rights activist. Period. And Puppet Ruto Must Go, whether you kithnis or ndeknis! In the past week, GenZote have witnessed dictator Ruto’s regime continue to suffer major setbacks in the international eyes. Raila Odinga, President Ruto stooge, failed to secure the African Union’s top seat. This loss was met with widespread celebrations across Kenya. You might have expected Kenyans to be disappointed, but instead, their reaction speaks outrage—the ground is clearly hostile toward the Ruto regime. Following the AU election defeat, the government engaged in undiplomatic exchanges with African Union member states drawing even more hatred from fellow Africans.
Mr. Ambassador, are you truly determined to align yourself with an enemy of the rest of Africa? Even Djibouti, the tiny nation that defeated Kenya in the AU vote, could no longer tolerate Ruto regime’s audacity and arrogance, and had the balls to issue a sharp rebuke. Ambassador, as if all this diplomatic embarrassment endured by the sovereign people of Kenya in the hands of a mafioso president wasn’t enough, the regime also got embroiled in a diplomatic dispute with Sudan as you must know. Wait, we are not finished, listen to this, the same United States—that is insisting the Netherlands sacrifice their long standing relationship with Kenya so as to reward Ruto for DRC diamonds—has now labeled Ruto’s regime as complicit in the genocide in Sudan. The tree has been slippery for your monkey friend since 25th June 2024, when Kenya changed forever.
That is the messy regime you are staking your entire ‘dove-like’ global image on Mr. Ambassador—by insisting on enraging millions of GenZ who have access to social media and the information highway that exposes all your historical crimes. WE, THE PEOPLE are the government you should be concerned about. We are permanent, unlike the alleged war criminal you are trying to protect from the International Criminal Court (ICC). This statement alone is enough proof to render your plans to shield Ruto from the ICC null and void. Your man is going down, don’t go down with him. We are begging you Mr. Ambassador.
You cannot bulldoze Kenyans into loving the Dutch royal family. We already love the tall Dutch people; we don’t need the royal family showing up during such genocidal times to fan the flames of this regime’s brutality. Because what do you think will happen to those who organized a protracted campaign against this royal visit? Stop met spelen met de levens van Keniaanse mensenrechtenactivisten. Mr. Ambassador, the #DutchRoyalMassacres campaign shall not stop until 20th March 2025 if you fail to heed the 72-hour ultimatum, we know that playbook and you will not waste our time. Kongamano La Mapinduzi has halted all operations except for #BungeMustGo, shifting full focus of all cells in our 21 regions across Kenya to #DutchRoyalMassacres campaign. You will regret this diplomatic horror show.
Kenyans will be so horrified by the Dutch that merely mentioning your nationality will evoke fear and alarm by even tourist hotel receptionists. It will become impossible to work with ordinary Kenyans who are not paid to love you. We love the Dutch freely. We love you guys and your coffee shops. Mr. Ambassador, if you are an upright man, we know you are powerless against the actions of your royal family. Nederlandse kameraden, geen zorgen – we staan jullie bij. Some members of the Central Committee of KLM have visited the Netherlands and toured Efteling Theme Park with our Dutch friends. Our Dutch comrades are decent human beings. They tell us the #DutchRoyalMassacres campaign has the support of the Dutch people. Because this is not a fight against the Dutch people—they are our friends and allies. Kongamano La Mapinduzi also wants to clarify that the #DutchRoyalMassacres campaign is not merely an online offensive against the Dutch; it will also ambush Kenya’s so-called “erstwhile friends” like Britain, the European Union, and their wildlife conservancy neocolonialism in Kenya. They cease being our friends when they remain silent as one of their own royals treats Black people as fodder for massacres and genocide? Many Kenyans are unaware of the historical crimes committed by the Dutch and other European powers. This campaign will ensure that Kenyans gain a deep and horrifying understanding of the grotesque atrocities the Dutch have committed throughout history.
There is no need for this campaign—no need to shame or damage the strong historical relationship between Kenyan citizens and Dutch citizens. However, we cannot allow Dutch government bureaucrats like Wim to incite Kenya’s hostility toward the entire Dutch nation. Ruto is just one man. Wim is just one man. Let us not destroy decades of friendship to rescue a sinking genocidaire. This disgrace of a president and Wim will be gone in a year, but Kenyans and the Dutch people will still be expected to remain friends.
The campaign offensive will operate on three fronts:
- Education – This involves sharing both historical and recent Dutch crimes through compelling storytelling. Our goal is to capture attention and sustain engagement until the campaign’s conclusion. This educational content drop will take place both online and offline. The offline events will focus on grassroots communities for mobilization. By the time Ruto paid bloggers are attempting to infiltrate the enraged antiDutch conversations with propaganda, we will have already laid the groundwork for our narrative—making it clear that the Dutch Royals are eager for innocent blood, and Ruto has agreed to spill some for them if they agree to visit. That is why they are so insistent on coming: to ensure that innocent blood flows in the streets. We are natives; we live among this native culture. We can craft this narrative like psyops pros and spread it across all our churches, incorporating Bible verses as part of a rapid education drive. By the time the blood-thirsty King finally meets the natives, the natives would have already grown a look on their face that says, ‘spare my innocent blood’. Kongamano La Mapinduzi will mobilise Kenyans to line the streets to heckle and boo any Dutch for free.
- Disruption – The campaign will carry out both online and offline subversive disruption and sabotage activities. This will involve ensuring that key EU and Dutch diplomatic Twitter accounts receive continuous engagement. A trained and commissioned communications cell will systematically respond to all posts with well-researched replies, citing historical accounts of Dutch crimes and reinforcing the demand for reparations—not donor money or IMF-imposed loans that reduce nations to economic puppets. The targeted accounts include: EU Ambassador – @EUambKenya, Dutch Ambassador – @HenkJanBakker3, EU in Kenya – @EUinKenya, Dutch Embassy – @NLinKenya, Wim Geerts – @wjpgeerts There will be 24 trained digital wankers/disruptors, each assigned to a specific hour of the campaign, ensuring uninterrupted pressure 24 hours 7 days a week. Once this statement has been posted, the KLM Central Committee will no longer have access to the 24 digital wankers/disruptors. As it stands, these five high target Twitter handles post whatever they want in Kenya digital space and nobody bothers them—but once the #DutchRoyalMassacres campaign begins, these Twitter handles will be rendered useless. If replies are disabled, we will screenshot the posts and respond to the screenshots for documentation purposes. The offline subversive missions will involve guerilla-style, sporadic protests and flash mobs in the advertised routes that the Royal Family will use to maximize the campaign’s impact. 3. Memorial – The North Will Remember the Dutch-Ruto Massacre Forever! After the campaign concludes, Kongamano La Mapinduzi will establish the Dutch-Ruto Massacre Memorial Spaces in all grassroots communities where Community Justice Centers already exist. Ask your colleagues Ambassador Henk—they have hosted many of these grassroots activists in your embassy for award ceremonies. At the entrance of each of these memorial spaces, a plaque will bear the hashtag #DutchRoyalMassacres. The campaign will also archive tweets, statements, photos, X polls and videos to document the massacre during the Dutch Royal Family’s visit of 2025. We will make films and write books about the 2025 Dutch-Ruto Massacre. These records will serve as the foundation for a permanent memorial honoring GenZ Martys. Additionally, Kongamano La Mapinduzi will organize annual online and offline memorial events to remember the martyrs of the Dutch-Ruto Massacre and to denounce neocolonialism and imperialism in the new Kenya we are building. Every year, we will stand before these murals with tears in our eyes and read out the names of the Dutch-Ruto massacre—until Kenya is no longer a puppet state.
Once the campaign begins proper after the 72-hour ultimatum, only the resignation of the Dutch Ambassador will signal to the independent cells to cease fire and abandon the #DutchRoyalMassacres campaign. The Kongamano La Mapinduzi Central Committee has no means of communicating with these independent cells after posting this statement. The cells know the signal to start the campaign is when this statement goes live.
The only signals for cessation are:
- The visit is cancelled within the 72-hour ultimatum, or 2. When the ambassador resigns after the 72-hour ultimatum has lapsed, or 3. It is the midnight of between 20th and 21st March 2024. For security reasons and to prevent exposure to enemy propaganda, the independent cells do not have access to mainstream news or use of their encrypted phones apart for the one hour they are on duty every day refreshing the 5 handles for any posts to respond to and to post the hourly Dutch horrors posts. All they know is what to post and when. The KLM Diaspora Cell in the Netherlands will leak the campaign master plan and content calendar detailing all the Dutch crimes in a gripping tale of injustice, global terror, and genocide at the end of the 72 hours ultimatum. This information will be disseminated through their media and activist networks, ensuring that the Dutch Royal Family cannot claim ignorance of the impending weeks of doom and the planned endless memorial events designed to dishonour everything Dutch.
Kongamano La Mapinduzi is a nascent socio-political movement, akin to the Dutch boy who saved his country by plugging a leaking dike. The boy remains at his post all night—a metaphor for a 72-hour ultimatum—despite the cold (symbolizing government violence), until the villagers (Kenyans on X finding a unifying hashtag – #DutchRoyalMassacres) locate him and repair the dike, thereby averting the ominous Dutch royal visit. As usual, GenZ will emerge as the hero when the Dutch royal visit is canceled. We call it the Dutch-Ruto massacre because it is the Dutch royal family who caused it, when they could have prevented it. We accepteren geen Koninklijke excuses na 80 jaar, zoals ze dat in Indonesië wel deden.
Execute!
Signed,
Kongamano La Mapinduzi
Central Committee
